1. Start with a Free 15-Minute Call
Not sure if this is the right fit? Let’s talk. No pressure, no pitch. Just a quick call to hear what’s going on and see if working together makes sense. You can ask me anything — and I’ll be real with you.
2. Pick the Right Offer for You
Some folks start with a one-time Burnout Debrief. Others jump into a full coaching package. You’re not locked into anything — we’ll figure out what feels supportive (not overwhelming) based on your goals, needs, and capacity. Check out my Services for details + pricing.
3. Sessions Are Virtual and Flexible
We meet via Google Meets — from wherever you are. I offer daytime, evening, and occasional weekend spots. You’ll get a calendar invite with a secure link. Want to show up in a hoodie? Cool. Cry the whole session? Also cool. You don’t need to “present” — you just need to show up.
4. Between-Session Support Available
If you book a package or ongoing sessions, you’ll get optional voice/text check-ins in between. Because sometimes the hard stuff doesn’t wait until the next call.
5. Sliding Scale Is Available
If you’re in financial stress but feel like this work is for you, reach out. I keep a few sliding scale spots open — no long applications, no shame. Just transparency and trust.

A diagnosis. A polished story. To be “doing okay” first. Anyone else’s permission. If you’re burnt out but breathing? You’re ready enough.
